Mr. Thanksgiving

For the past 47 years, Bob Vogelbaugh (Mr.Thanksgiving), has held a meal in the South Park Mall every Thanksgiving. With thousands of people attending the event, Bob needs as many volunteers as he can get. A few of our members decided that this would be a great outreach, and helped set up the venue.

Fleece Blankets/Care Packages

Every year, one of our teammates family, Tienna Trettin, makes care bags to hand out to the homeless. Our team decided to do something like this, and we made 10 bags and 10 tie blankets to give to people on the street. These bags were distributed among the team to put in their cars so we can give one to someone in need right away.

Bettendorf Fine Arts Carnival

On Saturday, December 9th, our whole team volunteered at the Bettendorf Fine Arts Boosters Carnival. The carnival was a fundraiser to help offset the cost of the upcoming Fine Arts Department trip to Florida. Our team helped set up the games, concessions, and tables for the event. ​

Unified Robotics

Unified Robotics focuses on giving members of special education programs the opportunity to design and build robots.  UBett robotics team partners with special needs students to provide enriching robots activities and competitions.
